On Friday October 1st, 2010 we will be implementing a new online meal account access system for students in the Bristol-Warren Regional schooldistrict. 

You will be able to log onto your child’s meal account online and check the balance, see when and what they have been purchasing, and add money to their meal account online.  This can be done with credit card, paypal account, or by e-check.  There is a transactionfee of $1.75 each time you add money to the account. The new online account management system at Mynutrikids.com will greatly improve the account management of the Bristol/Warren school meal program. Beginning on October1st you can log onto mynutrikids.com to set up an account for your student using their ID number.  Once that is completed, you can view adetailed report of every transaction your child makes in the cafeteria and, if you wish, make online prepayments to their meal account.

Registering for MyNutrikids.com

You will first need your child’s student ID number

• Goto the district website http://www.bw.k12.ri.us , click on QuickLinks and click on Lunch Menus and then on the Mynutrikids icon or you can go directly to  www.MyNutrikids.com
• Click Sign Up and enter the requiredinformation. 
• Click Finish to complete the initial registration process.

Add Studentsto Your Family Account

• Whenyou log in you will be taken to the homepage.
• Click MyKids from the main menu OR fromthe blue navigation bar above.
• Thisis a listing of the students in your account. It will be empty on your first visit to the site.
• Click Add Child and enter the required information.
• Click Add (next to your child’s name) to continue.
• Click Add Child to repeat the process for additional children.

NOTE:  Your child’s transaction history report will not display information during the initial account set up process.

Howto Make a Deposit

• In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for eachtransaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees. The convenience fee is$1.75 per deposit transaction. Parents placing money into multiple mealaccounts will only be assessed the $1.75 fee once per deposit transaction.  The Bristol Warren School District will not profit from the use of this site.
• Click Deposit Money located next to AddStudent.
• Enteran amount in the Deposit column nextto your child’s name.
  • Ifyou have more than one child, enter the amount you wish to deposit into thecolumn next to each child’s name. Please DO NOT deposit money for your entirefamily into ONE child’s account.
• Click Calculate.
• Click Make Deposit.
• Youwill be directed to the PayPal web site to enter your payment information.
  • Youhave the option to use your existing PayPal account or a major credit card tomake your payment.
  • Ifyou are using your PayPal account, enter your email address and PayPal passwordto continue.
  • Ifyou are using a credit card, enter the required information. For yourprotection, MyNutrikids.com will not store your financial information.
•  Click Pay Now when finished.
• Click Pay once again to finish theprocess.

You do nothave to deposit money into your child’s account to view the transaction detailreport.  There is no charge toopen the account.  The convenience fee isonly charged when making online deposits.
